The Parkwoods Condominiums in Oakland continue to be one of the premier condo developments in the East Bay Oakland Hills area.  Built back after the Oakland Hills firestom the 433 unit development offers many ammenities desired by today’s buyers.  Ammenities such as in-unit laundry, gym facility, swimming pool and spa, onsite management, clean and impecabially maintained grounds and more.  Having been built in the late 90’s and in an area of the Oakland Hills that has not had a condo development for decades prior the Parkwoods Condominiums are truly a jewel product in a serene location.

I just sold a charming “Golden Gate” model unit with bonus loft in building 260.  We were very agressive in getting our offer accepted so my Buyer was able to get the unit at a very compettitive price.  After we were in contract the listing agent explained that 2 other offers came in for more money.  Loft units are somewhat rare and come on the market in limitted numbers.  If you are in the market for a loft unit my advice is to be ready to jump at a moments notice.
